Just in time for Spring! A Mango Lassi

Ingredients:

– 1 cup of Mango pulp

– 1 cup of Greek or plain yogurt

– 2 oz of lemon juice

– 6-8 ice cubes

– sugar to taste

– drizzle of honey if desired

Procedure:

1. Add pulp, yogurt, lemon juice and sugar to blender.

2. Add ice cubes and blend until mixture is frothy.

3. Pour lassi into a glass

4. Drizzle with honey and enjoy!
