Sourdough French toast with blackberries!

Ingredients: Yield- 1 slice of sourdough french toast

-1 cup of milk

– 2 eggs

– Tsp of vanilla

– Tsp of cinnamon

– Pinch of salt

– Slice of sourdough bread or regular sandwich bread

– Handful of blackberries

– Maple syrup or honey

Procedure:

-Whisk together the eggs, milk,cinnamon,salt and vanilla.

– Dredge the bread in the mixture, slightly press down on the bread so it soaks up the mixture. Flip and press again.

-Heat pan to medium, spray cooking spray into the pan

-Place bread in the pan, cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side.

– Place on a plate, smother in syrup and blackberries!

– Enjoy for a tasty weekend breakfast, lunch or dinner!
