This tasty flatbread is full of flavor! From the calm flavor of the roasted salmon to the bright flavor of the grated lemon.
Yield: 6 slices
Ingredients:
- 6-8 oz filet of salmon (trader Joes has some great options in the frozen section) (buy wild)
- 1 package of pizza dough (trader joes,kroger,publix)
- Handful of arugula
- 1 lemon
- 1 radish
- olive oil
Procedure:
- Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees
- Rub down salmon with olive oil
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Roast skin side on a foil covered pan
- 12-15 mins
- Set aside after it is finished
- Next oil a separate sheet pan
- Spread out dough until it is shaped to your liking
- Spread olive oil on the dough
- Bake for 15-20 mins
- Chop salmon up on a cutting board or pull apart with your fingers
- Spread half of the salmon across the cooked pizza dough
- Bake for 5 mins at 350 degrees
- Spread arugula on top of salmon
- Add more salmon
- Grate lemon onto the pizza with a mandolin
- Slice the radish into match sticks and sprinkle on pizza
